Born and raised in Alberta.
Went to school in Edmonton.
Spent weekends & summers on the farm.
Became a wife. Became a mom. Became a grandma.
I make stuff. I like to make stuff. I like to make stuff out of stuff people throw away. Paper is my favorite.
I like to find treasures to make stuff. I like squirrels but not stuffed ones. I also make other stuff that I sell on Etsy.

I started creating window art after having a discussion about regrets. Their regret was working in an office with no windows. I struggled to come up with a solution and finally had an epiphany!

My work has evolved over the years and I try to re-claim and re-use as much materials as possible.  Windows are collected from a number of sources. Many people are kind enough to donate them so they don't end up in the landfill.

My garden has become plentiful.

I always find treasures. Buttons and safety pins, pennies and dimes, rocks, feathers, mushrooms and shiny things all find homes in and amongst the flowers.
